Dominic Maxwell - Director , age 33 Hopefully from what you have seen from the website, you can see that we aim to operate in a slightly different way to most companies. We are an independent privately run company that does not believe in call centres, or non-empowerment.

We believe that if a client calls then, they should easily be able to converse with the person who has been dealing with them from the start.

We believe that each individual should be assigned a debt management counsellor who will operate on their behalf and in their best interests.

All our initial IVA debt advice and debt management advice is free, during which we will take time to understand and fully empathise with a client's situation.

Nicola Lush - Customer Support Manager , age 35 My main reason for being here is to offer the best IVA debt advice and debt management advice and then to make sure we give the best possible service throughout a client's time with us. This normally involves a lot of contact with creditors to find the best ongoing solution for the client.

For most people with debt problems the hardest thing to do is the initial phone call, we know it's a time when people are feeling vulnerable and fear that there may not be a solution available to them. This is where we can help.

I find that many people don't know what to expect when they call us, I can reassure clients that I will understand exactly how they feel, and make them feel at ease.

In fact the most satisfying part of my job is when somebody who has been staying up all night worried about their debts finds out that there is a way to resolve them, whether it be debt management, an IVA or just talking through the best practical debt solutions.
